Return Policy Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returned items must be in the original condition, with all original packing, documents and parts. Returned items shipped within 7 days from date of receipt will have a replacement shipped or a refund issued at the discretion of the seller on receipt of the item and verification of the fault. If the item is not found to be faulty no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in return shipping. After the 7 day receipt period returned items will be replaced/repaired if they are found to be faulty, no refunds will be granted outside of this time, if the item does not  match the website listing description a full refund will be given (ensure that you have read the description fully before buying, e.g. If an item is used then this will be clearly stated). charges, & postage (our shipping fees and costs incurred in returning the item) will not be refunded.
